SERVICES

Training sessions begin at 30 minutes and go up to 2 hours depending on if you are looking for a quick stretch or prepping for a 10K.  One on one Personal Training requires a minimum of 60 minutes.

 

Duration of training is dependant on service and needs.

Rates vary between $90 and $250 depending on duration, travel time, and frequency.
